A Turning Point
At age 40, after being in corporate for almost 20 years, I decided to hire a coach to help me figure out life. I had lots of ideas about what I wanted like to do, but no way to figure out what would work for ME.
I decided that career & leadership coaching was the track I wanted to pursue. I’ve always wanted to be an entrepreneur and I was ready to get started.
I decided to say good-bye to my corporate position at Monster.com. I gained 2 certifications that fall to become a career & job search coach. By this time my husband had finished his master’s degree and was back working full time. My sons were 5 & 7 and I was enjoying being home.
Fresh Air Careers
I launched FreshAirCareers.com and began coaching professionals all across the US, Canada, Europe and Australia. I fell in love with seeing my clients lives changed in positive ways and working from home.
We moved to Saratoga Springs NY for my husband’s career. Re-engaged with my past training experience through corporate consulting. Executive coaching, training, team facilitation, and outplacement services throughout the Northeast US was added to my world.
Launched my first podcast – LEADTHIS! with my friend and colleague Dr. Seth Stone
Became a mentor through 4WordWomen.org.
Launched the Saratoga Springs NY 4Word Women’s group. Only 4Word group north of NYC.
